By turning microgreens into a fine powder, we’ve packed a ton of goodness into a tiny scoop. Just 1/2 teaspoon = 3 servings of veggies! Add it to your food and boost your nutrition in seconds.

 

What Are Microgreens?

Microgreens are tiny baby plants that are super healthy and full of flavor. They’re like little veggie superheroes—small but packed with everything your body needs to grow strong and stay healthy. Sprinkle them in, and they’ll make your food extra tasty and powerful!

How to use HARVEST GREENS

Pancakes

Breakfast

Mix Harvest Greens in pancakes, eggs, oatmeal, yogurt

Mixed Berry Smoothie

Smoothies

Add Harvest Greens to your smoothie, a little shot of juice or water

Greasy Toast

Lunch

Put Harvest Greens in sandwiches, under grilled cheese, in salads, and soups

Muffins 3

Baking

Add Harvest Greens to any baking - cookies, muffins, crisp. No one will ever know

Pasta with Meatballs

Mix Harvest Greens in spaghetti sauce, soup, burgers, salad dressing, macaroni & cheese

Need a pick up? 1/2 Tsp Harvest greens in a shot of juice will do the trick!

Breakfast Recipe

For a family of 4. Place 2 teaspoons of Harvest Greens in your favourite ready to mix pancake batter and cook as normal. Ever think that while eating pancake you are also eating your veggies too? Eating scrambled eggs too? Mix 2 teaspoons of Harvest Greens in with your scrambled eggs and cook as normal! Easy peasy!

Dinner Recipe

For a family of 3. Mix 1 1/2 teaspoons (or more) of Harvest Greens into your favourite prepared pasta sauce. Heat as normal and pour over hot noodles. Quick, easy and all your veggie servings without even knowing it! If you eat ground beef with your noodles - you can mix it in with the ground beef as well!

Baking Recipe

Kid Fav! 1 box of your favourite chocolate chip muffin mix. Add 1 tablespoon of Harvest Greens and 2 scoops of Protein powder (if you have it) with the dry package. Bake as normal. You now have protein packed veggie chocolate chip muffins without anyone knowing they are actually healthy!
